Embedded Software Engineer - £53,500 - Central LondonA market leader in wireless monitoring requires an Embedded Software Engineer, which is starting new exciting projects based upon novel wireless mesh sensor networking technology. As an Embedded Software Engineer you will be required to carry out a number of pressing tasks. Additionally you will be highly motivated and comfortable with responsibility.
Key Skills:
- Experience in real-time embedded development on bare metal in C
- Experience in electronic hardware design
- Good understanding of RTOS concepts
- Works effectively with others
- Proactively able to manage own work in order to achieve objectives
- Uses own initiative
Desirable Skills:
Desirable skills include experience with SQL Databases, experience with ASP.NET WebForms development, previous experience in sensor integration and previous experience with low-power wireless mesh networks.
Key Tasks:
As well as taking part in the fantastic new projects, on a daily basis you will support the engineering manager, resolve technical problems, continuously seek to improve the process and procedures within your area, and help to ensure engineering activity is carried out in accordance with engineering procedures.
