Job Description:
Looking for a part time resource for a short-term project. Will turn long-term and potentially Full time when we ramp up the business. We are building a services offering to help physician practices get the greatest return on their EMR (Electronic Medical Record) investment by optimizing the workflow for value-based care.
Certified EpicCare Ambulatory EMR Configuration Specialist:
- Expert-level knowledge at how to configure the software to optimize workflow in a primary care physician practice setting
- Experience building and customizing Epic SmartSets and FlowSheets in a production environment (post go-live)
- Experience in data exchange with third party systems using CCD CCDA, HL7 interfaces or APIs
- Experience with configuration of Epic to enable reconciliation of problems list, medications, orders and treating providers between that received from a third party system via an interface and that resident in the EMR
- Experience in configuration of Epic to enable linking of documents within Epic in response to a Release of Information request from a third party (for example Health Plan)
- Experience in configuration of Epic to send via an outbound interface the signed visit summary to a third party system.
- Experience with EpicLink configuration
- Local to Atlanta area able to meet in Alpharetta periodically
- No travel initially. When we launch and grow the business travel to New York State, Connecticut and Pittsburgh on 50% basis
