Our client is a major Financial Services & Banking organisation and currently there is an opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Change Analyst to join their team.
The purpose of this role is to provide a central support capability and consistently deliver operational outcomes and supporting organisational change and transformation activities ensuring that the customers receive a customer experience that is consistent and meets agreed Service Levels.
The incumbent will ensure that the services are managed in a professional and timely manner and are aligned with strategic priorities and standards whilst supporting project and initiative delivery activities
Key skills and experience
- 3 years + experience in a similar role
- Exceptional and creative business writing and presentation ability
- Experience developing and executing organisational change management, people engagement and transformation activities along with associated communications and messaging to support them
- Ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines simultaneously whilst managing expectations at all management and stakeholder levels.
- Experience working within project environments
- Demonstrated competency across collaboration, communications and visual design tools such as MS Sharepoint, Publisher, Photoshop, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, HTML, MS PowerPoint, Publisher, Dreamweaver
