Description

A leading private sector organisation based in Reading are looking for a Change Management and Communications Lead for an initial 6 month contract, paying £400p/d-£500p/d.

The Change Management and Communication Lead supports the business to deliver both strategic and operational change. The role holder enables this whilst minimizing the impact and risk to business functions. The approach is to understand the opportunity to deliver continuous awareness through creative and engaging design. Planning and mobilizing for successful delivery is key to deliver the right outcome at the right time to all impacted parties.

Experiences

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience of delivering change
  • Experience of working within global change projects especially SAP implementation/migration.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Team Player with an ability to gain trust and confidence in others
  • Broad understanding of the total business mix - marketing, sales, support, HR, procurement, financial management, legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong track record of achievement and delivering key business outcomes.
  • Sound judgment, effective decision making and ability to ensure task execution and completion
  • Experience of working within a Change Management function of a large organisation, supporting business critical projects
