Change management Co-ordinator
My client is urgently looking for a strong experienced change management Co-ordinator to work on a 12 month extendable contract based in Bruno, Czech Republic or Bratislava. Fluency in English and Italian is essential for this role.
The tasks and skills are as follows:
- Being Business Escalation Point
- Supporting SM in regular stewardship reviews to discuss service quality, provisioning and in future billing aspects
- Being aware of customer's service performance
- Monitoring of conformance to Service Levels (SLAs/SLOs).
- Expert knowledge of operational support models in place
- Report creation and tracking
- Change Management coordination and ownership
- Proactive approach to avoid issues and risks
- Understand your customer network and process
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Analytic skills and experience with data management
- Understanding among geographical and cultural, human and business differences (mandatory)
- Basic technical terminology background or experience: IT knowledge & networks (basic network skill: Cisco switch, Firewall Juniper, VPN SSL, VPN Ipsec, DNS, loadbalancer; the candidate has to know the functionalities of single platform
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Fast learner, Planning, organization and prioritization with can-do attitude
