Change Management Consultant
- The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
- This person will oversee, monitor, and measure the plan execution and effectiveness of transformation projects and provide analytics on transformation change management status for management consideration
- They will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- This person will integrate change management activities into project plan and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- This person will have an overview of integrating change management and project management on the effectiveness of integration.
- They will support change management at the organizational level
- Meeting objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
- Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
- 7 to 10 years' experience in Change management
- Should hold Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- PROSCI Certification is desirable, however not necessary
- PMP Certification is preferable
- Excellent communication skills
