Change Management Process Consultant - Bank
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Change Management Process Consultant for a project with a bank in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Background and purpose:
In Group IT Simplification Program our client are having projects focusing on Automated Services, and here they are establishing a supporting Service Excellence team when they are delivering foundation and shared services to orchestrate and automate provisioning of resilient hosting environments based on the requirements from Core Banking Platform [Retail] New Payment Platform [Wholesale], GCD [Group Common Data] and other business IT projects.
Consultant profile:
To build and maintain the Services in Remedy (Remedy process designer)
- Knowledge about service builder in Remedy
- Knowledge about how to great customer friendly ordering forms (UX)
- Quick to learn about new technologies
- Able to question design requests and come up with alternative solutions
Personal qualifications
- Must be able to accommodate large amount of information, create overview and take responsibility for delivering own part
- Work experience within an international environment with colleagues outside Denmark, ie Stockholm
- Team player, Robust, Flexible and pro-active
- Fluently in written and verbal English
