Description
We are currently searching for a change manager to work in The Hague, The Netherlands for 1 year plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.
You will be working across both the Digital Employee Experience programme and the implementation of a new Employee Portal for all employees. You will need to drive engagement and alignment to a common plan across a senior stakeholder group for which workshop facilitation skills are essential. You will also need to get alignment from stakeholders representing multiple functions and business lines in the company. And you will be in the lead of the change management for the roll-out of a new Employee Portal
Therefore you will need the following experience:
- Experience in defining and leading change management plan in support of a global system roll-out
- Strength in preparation and facilitation of workshops with senior stakeholders, including experience in customer journey mapping techniques
- Can define and execute a stakeholder engagement approach up to senior levels
- Conduct Business Impact Assessments to enable definition of a change management approach
- Define user groups impacted by a change programme and define and deliver the corresponding change interventions for those groups
- Define and deliver communications plan in support of the overall change journey
