Description
As the Change Management Officer, you will lead and manage specific change management related issues, encompassing internal and external stakeholders, communicating and highlighting a key education application.
Your key duties will be:
- Leading and managing the planning, research, editing and publication of a variety of communications documents including, media releases, responses and statements, materials for publications and briefing material
- Being accountable for the development and implementation of change management strategies (internal and external) to support and promote the client by delivering key messages and themes to specified audiences.
- Identifying emerging strategic issues that may impact on the activities and coordinating the development of management approaches to ensure expectations are met.
- Participating in the strategic and business planning.
- Implementing efficient and effective, client focused service delivery
Your success in this role will be determined by your:
- Demonstrated experience to develop plans and strategies for delivering change management in an educational environment for a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with multi-stakeholders in dealing with change management
- Demonstrated experience in the production of training and technical documentation pertaining to change management.
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
