Description
IT Systems Change Manager required for an initial 3 month contract with a esteemed government agency based in Western Sydney. You will be working on an IT System Implementation project to deliver improved program and project management.
Key responsibilities:
Improve engagement and collaboration with Network Development and Regional staff
Develop a Stakeholder Responsibility Matrix in order to identify PPMS functions, business roles and their accountabilities in PPMS, access and security requirements which will help clarify and determine PPMS scope and application across the various roles in the Network business
Develop a Communication Plan aligned with the Stakeholder Responsibilities Matrix
Drive the implementation of the Stakeholder Responsibilities Matrix and Communication Plan
Work with the PPMS Project Team and business subject matter experts and stakeholders in order to ensure all parties have the same understanding of the benefits, use and application of PPMS.
Maintenance of the PPMS Intranet Page
Management of the delivery of the PPMS (system) Training Program
Develop and manage all PPMS related communication
Skills and experience required:
Experience managing IT change projects
Knowledge and use of CA Clarity desirable.
Strong Communication, planning and delivery
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent interpersonal skills establishing good working relationships with colleagues, business and stakeholders.
