We are looking for a Chief Service Delivery Officer for a leading consulting company in Zurich starting asap..*Salary is best in Industry*
Your role:
• Responsibility for the area of service delivery and member of the Executive Board
• Development and implementation of market strategy for the area of service delivery
• Active participation and control of offers
• Delivery responsibility (schedule, budget and quality) for projects and services to external and internal customers
• Responsible for escalation management for projects and services of the service delivery area
Mandatory Requirements :
• Master's degree (mandatory) in computer science (UNI/ETH/FH)
• Business training
• 10 years working experience in maintenance, support and operation of software applications
• Experience in the management of IT service area (from a software manufacturer, or profound practical knowledge of the application programming)
• Experience in the implementation of large software projects
• Excellent knowledge in the field of IT application management and IT service management (ITIL certification)
• Successful sales activities in the area of application management
