Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Become integral part of business, understand group priorities
- Diary Management - complete control/mgmt of MDs calendars. Attention to detail a priority.
- Travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, tickets, VISAs, accommodation and ground transportation
- Phone coverage for the MD
- Management of expense processing through Concur, reimbursement and account reconciliations
- Set up of meetings and conference calls, internally and externally
- General administration duties (room bookings, filing, faxing)
Partnership with assistants across the group to provide coverage for absence.
NB:
Fast pace
Lots of travel and expenses/calendar management
Concur experience is preferred but not essential
Need to be confident and pro-active. The team are fairly lively so needs someone to match that.
