Cisco Telephony Engineer required to join an insurance company for at least 3 months.
Role Snapshot:
* Call Centre Experience in UCCE, CVP, ICM Scripting, debug- OPC, CVP, MDS logs, Adding agents, CUIC reports
. Experience in SIP debugs, Cube debug
. 3rd party Applications such as 2Ring, Acqueon Outbound Dialling, Voice Recording etc.
. SIP Gateways
Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
. Several years' experience of the ongoing support of CUCM, Unity Connection and Jabber and IM&P
. Experience of user and site migrations from data gathering to CUCM configuration and use of BAT
. Configure Users, Jabber Clients,Phones, Voice Mail, translation patterns, Pick up grps
. Ability to work on initiate with little or no supervision on Service Desks
. Can describe the boot up cycle of a handset - relationship between VLAN, TFPT and Option 150
. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, build rapport to achieve the resolution to any issues in a timely manner. This includes working with other technical teams and technology specialists.
. Keen on forward planning, you quickly adapt to ever-evolving demands and priorities. You always strive to see potential problems before they happen and seek advice when required
. Ability to use existing and creation of new BAT file as part of BULK upload Tool in Cisco
. Ability to multi-task, work on simultaneous Service Desk tickets, provide updates to clients
. Ability to understand the client requirements and update Data Gathering Sheets
. As a Cisco UC engineer you are required to understand the Cisco Collaboration and Contact Centre portfolio, Call Manager, Webex, Jabber and more so you can design and articulate customer solutions. Additional non-Cisco Collaboration experience around 3rd party integration solutions would also be advantageous.

CCNP Collaboration
CCIE Collaboration
