Cisco Voice Engineer

Location: Between Greenville and Highland Park
Description:
- Need an Engineer for a major project to upgrade our remote offices-all done remotely from Associa's office in Dallas
- Will need to assess each of the offices and set it up for an upgrad or conversion
- Reconfigure and upgrade ACD
- Upgrading Cisco infrastructure in the field offices for phones, software and firmware
- Upgrading firmware on the phones and routers
- Recreate and reconfigure Auto Attendent
- This is a local position, working with UCCX, Call Manager, ACD, Cistera, and VistaPoint.
- The candidate must have experience with remote site upgrades, configuration of the above software, switches, and routers
- Will have to work one weekend to do the total conversion for these field offices
- Must be able to work independently
- CCVP is preferred
- Cistera and VistaPoint are preferred as these are the software that they use in their field offices
