Description
For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are looking for a Citrix Administrator for a 3 months contract.
Activities:
To cover business working hours, plus helpdesk function to record, track and resolve 1st and 2nd line support issues
Provide first and second level of support during the hypercare period by performing the following activities:
- Perform pre-checks on users desktops (450 users) to check if they can access Citrix and launch the new application.
- Resolve Citrix desktop related issues
- Raise helpdesk tickets in case 3rd lines support will be required.
- Contact the Business Analyst Team in case of application logon issues.
