The Information Systems (IS) team supports the Group by providing effective, consistent and innovative solutions to meet the needs of its customers and the organisation.
Your role will be to ensure the server infrastructure is secure and functional for users to access the organisation's computer systems as well as developing and deploying new servers, operating systems and applications.
Utilising your excellent understanding and experience of LANs, WANs, Servers, desktops, IT Networking and security issues, as well as your strong communication skills and a positive approach to changing workloads, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient service to all users across the Group.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of deploying, administering and troubleshooting a large Citrix XenApp infrastructure. Experience of the platinum suite components including Provisioning Services and exposure to XenDesktop and Citrix Netscaler would be desirable alongside advanced troubleshooting, automation and server / application virtualisation technologies.
Travel may be a requirement of the role; therefore a full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
