Description
Along with the Senior Channel Partner, you'll be responsible for business partnering the indirect business, the administration of commercial changes and the calculation of partner commission payments. You'll ensure the resolution of any commission queries and investigate where they have been paid incorrectly. Using data analysis, you'll build a clear picture of the commission payments under scrutiny and have a record of exactly what's outstanding.
What you'll do:
* Be a key contact for channel partners with regard to outstanding commission payments and queries
* Liaise regularly with channel partners to ensure clear communication of ongoing issues
* Drive a business partnering culture through developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Assist with change projects to improve the accuracy and automation of commission payments and enhance customer satisfaction
* Maintain compliance with all the relevant regulations by ensuring documented controls are in place
You'll definitely have:
* Strong data skills
* SAP ICM module experience
* SQL
* Experience within the telecoms sector
* Strong reporting and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience of Business Partnering and change management projects in a high transactional environment
