Client Administrator - Investment Operations/London/£240 per day Leading Investment management organisation is currently looking for a client administrator to join on a three month rolling contract. The purpose of this role is to perform a variety of tasks within the client administration and reporting team and continually improves the service offered to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly reconciliation of data between the Investment Managers records and the records of multiple custodians.
- Investigation of identified reconciliation differences and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Responsible for delivery of all client reporting.
- Respond to external queries received in relation to client reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client reporting role
- Strong knowledge of administration and reporting functions for institutional pension funds or high net worth private clients.
- Advanced Excel skills including experience of Visual Basic macros.
- Strong understanding of operations processes.
