Additional information about the process
This post is a temp post to cover for the long term sickness of a member of the team and to support staff with the backlog of (Court of Protection) COP applications. The funds generated by transferring these cases to the COP will pay for the temp member of staff while they are in post. There are currently over 120 cases with balances over £10k that needs to be referred to the COP. Each COP application brings in a revenue of £745.00 for setting up the application. A Deputyship order allows the deputy to make decisions about how best to invest the clients funds, which generates a higher rate of interest for the client rather than the funds sitting in the Lloyds account at 0.25% APR. This is not in the best interest of the client to have their funds managed in this way.
If you match these requirements, please apply in the normal way. Elevate will send you an email, please open, click and action that email and your application will be visible to the hiring organisation directly.
