Description
Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Banbury, is looking for a Client and Colleague Change Manager to work within Commercial Banking for an initial 3 month contract. The contract will pay £400 per day.
The successful candidate will be part of the Business Readiness Team, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients and colleagues arising from change projects within Commercial Banking. You will work with the wider programme to design and deliver impact assessment, client journey and migration requirements.
You will have:
*Experience of working as a Client and Colleague Change Manager
*Experience of developing client and colleague journeys
*An understanding of Commercial or Business Banking
*Customer Migration experience is desirable
*Strong communication skills are essential
