Description
Client Delivery Manager required to join global blue chip.
You will be responsible for service delivery management and services portfolio management to a complex customer with multiple lines of business.
Essential:
- Outstanding knowledge of Cisco's portfolio/offerings.
- Deep knowledge of the customer services and project portfolio (including organization structure, funding process, service requirements, competing services, ability to understand financial statements and evaluate strategic customer business objectives).
- Ensure specific and measurable targets are developed while monitoring and improving customer satisfaction with service quality
- Typically handles larger and more transformation accounts.
- Typically interfaces at the client's Director level and above
- Provides thought leadership as part of customer's extended team.
- Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 12+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of program and project management methodologies.
- Experience leading projects to successful completion.
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role.
Languages: French and/or Dutch - Highly desirable.
