Responsible for product implementation
Liaise and manage various stakeholders .. Internal and external
Liaise with the client for any issues, status and enhancement
Manage issue fixing and deployment plan with the development team
Project status tracking and reporting internally and externally
Handling, Estimation and Delivery planning of change requests
Planning and implementation of product with the team provided as per the defined methodology
Tracking of delivery parameters (financials, utilization, margins etc… ) for all the projects
Resource management viz… assignation, movement
Plan and co-ordinate training and project on-boarding of new resources
Support pre-sales and sales activities
Identify/Mitigate/manage risks/issues/escalations and provide periodic reports
Manage JIRA/Confluence/Other tools for project tracking and execution
