EA Consulting have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Resource Consultant to join their expanding Edinburgh Office.
You will be responsible for a multifunctional search and selection process primarily across the financial services sector, specialising mainly in the recruitment of business change specialists on a contract basis.
Role Summary:
To provide a comprehensive professional resourcing service for EA in Scotland.
In this position you will:
Advertise new roles to source and identify change management professionals in the Scottish market, targeting exceptional Associates at all Band levels . Investigate and develop talent networks. Interview all Associates through a structured telephone dialogue or face to face meeting. Contact Associates on at least a monthly basis and ensure database is kept updated with the details of last contact date, availability and other relevant information. Format CVs and header page; ensuring relevance to client demands and the job opportunity. Attend regular face-to-face meetings with Associates at locations across the Scotland and/or attend meetings with hiring managers in conjunction with the Client Relationship Manager. Liaise with clients and resource contacts around associate care/management Maintain strong client relationships by being delivery focussed and providing excellent customer service. Promote the EA brand in Scotland through development of your own candidate network and attending regular company events. Act as an ambassador for EA Consulting through your interaction with Clients, Key Stakeholders and Associates. Negotiate fees with Associates to ensure that job opportunities are recognised, and Company margins are maintained. Ensure a strong focus on quality and integrity throughout the execution process. Maintain strong relationships with the Client Relationship Manager, Finance and the central resource function to ensure a harmonised service for Associates and clients Experience
Recruitment experience is essential for this role, preferably from within the Financial Services contract market. Experience of working in a targeted environment would be beneficial. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be corporate and polished in presentation.You must be welll organised and able to work towards strict deadlines. You must be a team player with a willingness and ability to multi-task.
