If you are looking for more than just a IT Support Role, this is the Job for you! Our client is looking to hire eBusiness Agents today.

Ideal candidate will need to have strong competency in both English and Japanese Languages and offered a 12 months initial contract.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience with broad financial industry knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of personal computing, networking will be a plus
  • Strong capability to communicate in the Japanese Language

Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical platform support, risk management of access & entitlements and client training and demonstrations on various web platforms and desktop applications
  • Interact with external clients via incoming and outgoing telephone and/or e-mails
  • Coordinate client coverage between Tokyo, Singapore, London and New York teams
  • Troubleshoot and escalate problems to technology groups and business managers
  • Train clients on eTrading and eService Technology platforms and applications
  • Project manage new E-business start-up initiatives
