  • Working under direct supervision, and within a broader team, the Client Service Representative is an entry level position responsible for daily ETF processing and monitoring client fund accounting operations. The Client Service Representative also assists more senior team members with fund events, client reporting and analyses.
  • Responsible for daily calculation and distribution of ETF (PCF) reporting to clients and market vendorso. Proactively respond to ETF and fund accounting related client inquiries on a daily basis
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting and reconciliations as required and resolve any breaks timelyo. Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and deliverables
  • Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service related metricso. Participate in team based project work and audits

Qualification:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in reporting and managing multiple data sources.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
