Client Support Executive
Based in the city centre of Edinburgh my client is looking for someone a little bit special for a minimum 6 month contract within the Transfer Agency Division.
You will be working with Client Support (Telephone Team) which is responsible for all verbal contact with clients and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). The tasks undertaken by the Telephone Team are a fundamental part of the service provided by The Transfer Agency.
Your role will be to provide a high standard of customer service for existing and potential clients who contact us by telephone. This is a high call handling environment.
You must have excellent communication skills, a forward thinker, knowledge of Windows based systems and dedicated to the role.
You will on a 6 Month contract which will likely be extended and will be looking at £9/hour on a 35hr week.
This is a great chance for someone who is interested with getting into the banking industry.
