Clinical Quality and Assurance Facilitator

Location: West Midlands

Start: ASAP
Rate: £250 - £300 per day

Contract: Initial 3 Month

Project Details: My client based in the West Midlands is currently looking for a Clinical Quality and Assurance Facilitator t to work with the Clinical Quality Lead to ensure effective systems and processes for monitoring clinical quality and safety of care for continuing health care patients .This will be for an initial 3 months period.

This exciting opportunity is a new post as a Clinical Quality and Assurance Facilitator you will provide clinical specialist knowledge in reviewing , improving services and provide advice to a range of stakeholders such as the Local Authority, GP's, CQC, CCG,s and safeguarding leads.

You will monitor and review the quality of care provided to patients in care homes and community settings, ensuring that all national; standards are meet and all patients receive outstanding care.

NHS experience in reviewing and assuring the quality of patient care, registered Health Care Professional will be essential for any applicant and experience within Commissioning or community. Desirable skills project management, training skills, managerial experience. Travel requirements are necessary within this role.

As the Clinical Quality and Assurance Facilitator you will work across, GP's, nursing homes, CCG's and the Care Quality Commission. You will deliver presentations, reports and training to varied groups internal and external stakeholders. As the Clinical Quality and Assurance Facilitator You will be required to routinely review and investigate and highlight concerns raised and will be responsible for raising appropriate escalation to ensure improvement of patient safety. You will support the Quality Agenda working with the wider CCG Quality and Safety Team. As the Clinical Quality and Assurance Facilitator you will prepare regular written reports for the Governing Body and in order to advise them on the level of risk within commissioned CHC services.
