Description

Employee Engagement Manager - Contract

We are urgently seeking an Employee Engagement Manager for one of our clients. This is on a 3 month contract and will require travel 2 days a week to London.

You will be responsible for implementing our clients yearly colleague engagement survey, a key part in the engagement and retention of their colleagues.

The aim is to maximise the engagement and experience of all their colleagues through an Insights to Action approach. This includes working closely with HR to understand why people join, what engages them while employed, and why they stay or leave, using these insights to recommend and implement actions to optimise colleague engagement and experience. We use the Glint platform to gather these insights, report, and work with stakeholders to ensure utilisation.

Skills required:

  • Glint or similar platform experience.
  • Experience of project managing and implementing highly successful employee engagement and/or experience initiatives, with a good working knowledge and active interest in Employee Engagement and Experience practices.
  • At least two years' experience in an internal consulting or business analyst type role, analysing and presenting business insights and recommendations
  • Accomplished in using data to drive insight and decision making

Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly? Our client is passionate about Inclusion for All and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, whatever their personal or professional background. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align exactly with every part of the job description, we encourage you to apply as you may be the right candidate for this role or another role, and our recruitment team can help you see how your skills fit in.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy or maternity or age
