Description
A Global Pharmaceutical organisation currently requires an experienced Commercial Manager from a quantity surveyor / cost engineering background, to work at their facility in Japan on an excellent long term contract opportunity.The successful candidate will be working on an exciting new $70 million expansion project, to an existing pharmaceutical packaging facility.
Role
-Implement new strategy to procure equipment and services.
-Manage the cost and commercial side of the project.
-Managing subcontractors
-Planning / scheduling
-Bid proposals / cost control / claims
Experience Required
-Experience of working in Japan previously is mandatory (Local market knowledge)
-Pharmaceutical experience is important but not essential
-Strong Leadership skills
-Scheduling experience would be an advantage
