Sopra Steria Recruitment, working in partnership with Major public sector client in UK; we are recruiting Commercial Manager in for 4 months with possible extension for our Public sector client.
Requirement:
- Experience managing/building stakeholder relationships
- Good understanding of profit and loss
- Rail industry experience advantageous
- Experience in commercial functions - NOT looking for Procurement Experts
Objective:
- Manage the commercial relationship (train operating company who run the franchise) on behalf of the client
- Monitoring long term interests
- Are they delivering all the obligations set out- benefits realisations
Essential:
- Evidence of senior stakeholder relationships preferably in a commercial capacity
- Financial acumen
- Resolve problems
