Commodities Analyst: Gas & Power: World Leading Energy Oil Co.
World Leading Global Energy Trading Company has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Advisor to work in the European Gas and Power Business Development Team, based in London.
About the Role:
- Pursuing opportunities in sales, supply and transportation
- Cross border flows (South & East Europe)
- Risk management/Structure products for Large I&C, IPP, Wholesale customers
- Structure supply deals - swaps, options
- Power structured products
- Financial hedging services
About You:
- Good knowledge of European gas and power business
- Significant experience in cross commodity deals (7+ years; preferably worked in Commodities desk as an originator or investment bank)
- Knowledge of innovative structured deals
- Solid understanding of financial products.
- Self motivator, strong entrepreneurial skills to take the responsibility to grow portfolio in a certain market or develop a product.
- Language skills: English, Spanish, French
- Excellent communication and management skills to be able to deal with various internal and external stakeholders (Trading, Finance, Legal, Customers, Suppliers, Regulators, Storage operators, TSOs).
