A Global IT Services company requires a Management Accountant - The ideal candidate will excel at working with senior account and service delivery management and the rest of the finance team. They need to be able to gain a rapid understanding of the accounts they will support, and the HFM and Oracle finance systems that are crucial for the changes in reporting structures
Job purpose & accountabilities:
Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA or other relevant financial qualification. Experience of providing financial support to non-finance people in a large company service environment. Strong self-motivation to let them work independently and proactively take decisions and make improvements on the accounts they look after. Strong Excel skills, preferably with knowledge of HFM and Oracle. Ability to grasp changes in organisation quickly and understand the implications of this. Able to build relationships quickly with both finance and non-finance people so that they are rapidly trusted to provide support in reorganisation work
