Description

Gibbs Hybrid are supporting a world leading IT services client on their search for an experienced communications manager with a background in financial services. Due to the nature of the contract, you must have recent financial services experience (in the last 2-3 years)

Ideally London - 2 days p/week. Would consider North West England, or Northampton.
12 months

Rate: £400 per day (inside)

Length of contract: 6 months initial contract - extensions likely

* Proven experience of working as a Learning and Development Manager Comms Manager, Training Manager, or other relevant position
* Experience of design and delivery of Learning programmes using a variety of effective learning and development methods
* Experience and knowledge of digital design, for example E-learning, infographics, digital collateral etc.
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Genuine passion and flair for developing colleagues.
* Strong self-starter
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills able to work with stakeholders.
