Description
One of Australia's largest and most high profile federal government agency is in search of a Communications Specialist to plan and deliver communications for a new program of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing communications products such as articles, web content for internal and external audiences and fact sheets. They will need to coordinate communications events and build on existing relationships with internal stakeholders.The key duties will include:
- Work closely with a number of Change professionals including the change management and training teams;
- Analyse the organisational communication requirements for significant change related projects;
- Liaise with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change;
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support staff and other stakeholders in new ways of working;
- Assist in developing appropriate communication products and service solutions.
- At least 24 months hands on experience working with internal communications, preferable in an organisational implementing significant business and process change;
- Capacity to work independently and produce highly quality results in a challenging environment;
- Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within deadlines.
