- Oversee the quarterly calculation and communication of sales compensation pay outs.
- Ensure high-quality output, in compliance with policies.
- Drive scaling and automation to minimize manual work.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an analytical role
- Hands on experience using SQL or R to extract and manipulate quantitative data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
