Description
I am currently looking for an Interim Complaints professional with experience working with Safeguard/Ulysees systems.I am looking for someone who can provide both operational and strategic support to the new Complaints team during this period of transition.
** You will need to have knowledge on working with Safeguard and/or Ulysees **
Key Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing a caseload of complaints
- Reviewing and analysing clinical information, such as patient medical records and hospital notes.
- Responsible for keeping complainants updated as to the progress of their complaints.
- Provided weekly updated information to the Team Manager in preparation for monthly performance target reports for consideration by the Complaints Manager.
- Liaised and communicated with complainants/patients or their representatives including general enquiries by letter or telephone or in person if necessary.
- Drafted formal responses for approval and sign off by the Director of Nursing.
- Attend Local Resolution Meetings if required
- Contact the Parliamentary Health Ombudsman's Office when required
- Working to help clear backlog
If you are interested in this role and have the required NHS Complaints experience as well as having experience using Safeguard and/or Ulysees systems.
