Description
An exciting opportunity in the East Midlands to work help my client with Complaints, FOI and Risk within a Clinical Commissioning Group.The successful candidate will need to have had experience working within a CCG, have experience in handling the process of complaints in a timely manner and also have a full knowledge of FOI requests.
* Full experience of handling complaints and clearing backlogs
* Experience of working within a CCG
* Full experience of processing FOI requests.
Also the successful candidate would need a knowledge of Corporate Governance systems, and processes e.g. Risk Management and Information Governance.
