Complaints and Serious Incident Case Handler required for a Clinical Commissioning Group in the Home Counties

I am working with a Clinical Commissioning Group based in the Home Counties who are currently looking for an interim Complaints and Serious Incident Case Handler for a 3 day a week contract.

You will be working with the Quality team whilst the substantive post holder is appointed.

The skills and experience required for this post are:
  • Experience of working with Complaints and Incidents within the NHS
  • Knowledge and understanding of Patient Safety
  • Proactive and able to hit the ground running
  • Able to working independently and autonomously
