Description
I'm looking for an experienced Interim Complaints Manager.The successful candidate will work closely with the Locality Management and Executive Team to provide a harmonius complaints process. They will ensure steady development to changing policy and procedures across the Inpatient and Community Services of the Trust and ensure compliance to statutory guidance.
The Complaints Manager will advocate customer focused services and be the primary point of contact for complainants, their carers, Advocates and Ombudsman on the telephone, face to face or via e-mail as appropriate.
