Main Responsibilities:-Assist the PM in the development of Project High Level Scope / Initiation / Charter Documents
-Work to develop the feasibility / analysis and project mobilization case - ensuring that the sponsor group understands ROI / Risk and priorities so that we execute appropriately
-Work to develop workshops / process design sessions with the Compliance Users to define user requirements
-BRD development: Partnering with Compliance and other Corporate partners to develop BRD's.
-Assistance in Functional / Technical specification development with IT (as appropriate / required)
-Development of Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Scripts
-Development of Pre-UAT check-outs / system shake-downs
-Oversight of UAT / sign-off
Skills/Experience:
-Demonstrable BA experience, 5-10 years
-Capital Markets experience: understanding of Equities and Fixed Income Products
-Experience of Compliance functions - Control Room, Personal Account Dealing, Regulatory Compliance functions like Blue Sheet and LORP, Electronic Communication and Central Compliance functions like Registration and Training
-Candidates who have previously been heavily involved in Compliance Projects from a line perspective, have been in Compliance Change Management Teams, or have been in Compliance IT but have experience or process and products will be preferred
-Ability to provide structure to projects and has a demonstrable track record of following a recognized SDLC
-The candidate should have a positive outlook and be a self starter. The ability to communicate within the Team, with IT and to the Business is essential as are good documentation skills.
