Our client, a leading Asset Management organisation based within Canary Wharf is currently seeking a Compliance Consultant who will sit within our clients Asset Servicing Compliance team.
The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for providing Consultancy style services, working alongside the other members around the analysis of regulatory developments.
The successful Compliance Consultant will be able to demonstrate from previous roles:
Keeping up to date with existing/new regulatory developments, with responsibility for communicating change to the business
Assisting with the identification, measurement and management of compliance risk matters as it relates to the business unit's existing business and planned strategic or operational changes.
Detecting/advising local management of potential compliance problems and recommending changes/enhancements. Contributing to the development/updating of policies, procedures and business practices where these relate to compliance initiatives.
Devise and produce periodic Management Information (KPIs/KRIs) where applicable
The successful candidate will come from a Financial Services background and will also have a good understanding of the FSA rules relating to custody and fund administration.
