Compliance Consultant - Treasury and Commercial
We are currently looking to recruit a compliance consultant to work for a financial services companies based all over the UK - this particular position will involved regular travel around the UK depending on requirements and needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide pro-active risk based advice to Treasury and Commercial (T&C) which addresses the impacts of regulatory change on business process
- Supporting and advising the business on deal strategies
- Hedging issues
- Advising on regulatory bonds
- Advisory on training and competency
- Escalating incidents
- Analysing regulations
Skills
- Prudential regulation experience(anything that impacts liquidity and regulatory reporting)
- Worked on projects within treasury/securitisation before
- Ability to take regulations analyse and take into a viable commercial proposition
- Treasury knowledge
- Advisory on regulatory change
