Main Duties & Responsibilities
* To assume overall day to day responsibility for the Company's current compliance monitoring program.
* To undertake the monitoring reviews as and when required by the program.
* Pro-actively develop relationships so there is further understanding of the monitoring program and the contract role within the business
* To provide challenge and reasoning to the processes and individuals being monitored.
* To ensure the findings are evidenced and documented in an accurate and concise manner.
* Where recommendations are made to support and guide the business lines with implementation and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
The manager wants someone who has around 3 years relevant compliance monitoring experience within a bank/Trading house. He said that they are normally found within a control room of a bank.
