Panoramic Associates are delighted to be working with a leading player in the insurance market who are seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team. My client operates in dozens of countries worldwide and has a track record for offering a dynamic and exciting environment to work in. My client is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their 2nd line risk based monitoring team and have oversight of the UK appointed representatives.
This is a contract engagement and will require someone comfortable in a broking environment, who can hit the ground running.
Key activities:
Develop and implement a risk based compliance monitoring plan.
Lead and assist on thematic reviews.
Provide support to wider business areas on compliance monitoring activity.
Key attributes:
Demonstrable experience of compliance monitoring - at least 3 years.
Report writing.
Prior broking experience within the London Market.
Prior experience in a contracting role.
