Description
Position Description:
Component engineer is responsible for all elements of design and delivery of revised modul engine derivatives. This includes specification of design, interrogation of design calculations and test results. Support of production builds and program timing control + APQP delivery.
Skills Required:
Must be able to Drive and have full UK licence Technical understanding of driveline system including axles and drive units. Ability to use Microsoft Office & Project software packages Appreciation of both CAE and test techniques.
Skills Preferred:
Understanding of engineering drawings
Experience Required:
Experience in either automotive or aero industries.
Experience Preferred:
Work on Drive unit or axle design
Education Required:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

40 hour week - 15.30 Friday finish Grade C
