My Client is currently looking for a Configuration manager
General Profile
Have a sound technical background with proven experience in the domain of service management processes
Demonstrate excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
Demonstrate negotiating skills
Show evidence of sound analytical skills
Have an entrepreneurial attitude, take initiative and invite responsibility
Ability to work in small team
General and practical experience in the use of Service Now is recommended
Imperative Knowledge
French, Dutch & English (active)
ITIL, Service Management knowledge: minimum ITIL v3 Foundations for over 1 year
Experience in:
o Configuration Management on operational level (minimum 1 year)
o Technical Writing (minimum 1 year)
Experience
Experience in writing Service Management Documentation: Min 3 years
ITIL Foundation Certification: Min 3 years
Configuration Management Experience (operational level): Min 3 years
Document Management Principles (pref Sharepoint): Min 1 year
Knowledge
Knowledge of ITIL V3 documentation deliverables: good or excellent
Knowledge of processes, procedures and workinstructions (contents): good or excellent
Principles of Configuration Management: good or excellent
