We are looking for a Connectivity Officer (m/f/x) for our client in Prague.

Start Date: 15.09.2021
Duration: End December 2021 (extension might be possible)
Work Location: Prague (partly remote work)
Type: Freelancing / Contract

Pre- & Post-Trading, Investor Services and Financing, Client Connectivity, Connectivity Sales & Onboarding

Field of activity:
In your new position you will be assisting B2B clients (large financial institutions operating on the international markets) in implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting Banking connectivity products.
The type of tasks is highly diversified, the main focus will be on supporting customers migrating and familiarising with our new connectivity platform.

Tasks / Responsibilities:
• Support the roll out of the new connectivity tool
• Analyse customers’ connectivity profiles/requirements/issues and make recommendations
• Assist customers implementing our new tool by taking into account their needs
• Train customers on the connectivity products
• Advise customers on the day-to-day usage of Banking connectivity media and assist clients in finding a solution to technical issues
• Participate in the connectivity product requirement review and development process

Qualifications / Required skills:
• Written & spoken English as English is the primary means of communication
• French, German or any other language are of advantage
• Excellent customer oriented communication as well as strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work as part of the team
• Automation, transformation and project management experience are a strong advantage
• PC literate
• Interest in financial markets and open-minded approach towards IT infrastructure
• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and prioritise tasks
