Dear all,for our client in the Frankfurt area we are seeking for a Development Automation (DevOps) Specialist (m/f).
Tasks:
• deliver software engineering work packages related to the development automation (analysis, software architecture / design, development / configuration, test, release, run / support)
• using the automation tools supporting the relevant software development process
• design and implementation of an end-to-end development automation toolchain
• Analysis and design of interfaces between the development automation toolchain and other systems supporting IT processes
• Documentation, creation / maintenance of standards and guidelines
• Providing trainings to the development teams using the development automation toolchain
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of the development automation toolchain
Skills:
• academic education in computer science or a comparable qualification
• several years of project experience in the context of development automation
• Practical experiences with design, development / configuration and productive maintenance of most of the following technologies and tools:
Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Bitbucket, Cloudbees Jenkins, Sonarqube, Maven, Sonatype Nexus, Ansible Tower, Tricentis Tosca, RedHat Satellite
• Good working knowledge of Git and Gitflow
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS / PaaS
• Training / coaching experience with regard to deploying development automation in an IT organisation
• Good working knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes is an additional advantage
• English mandatory, German beneficial
• Willingness to travel in EU (up to 10% of the time)
