Description
Manage service activities in UK. This includes:- Actively work with sales and systems integration team and customers to identify and close service opportunities
- Propose and sell to customers the right service solutions adapted to their requirements
- Plan, organize and execute the services activities with the technicians / engineers and contractors under his responsibility
Ensure that customers are satisfied and receive the level of service that the business is committed to:
- Keep close contact with customers to get feedback and prevent / solve issues
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction through contract reviews with customers
- Train and motivate service team to provide high quality services to customers
Manage the Service P&L in UK
- Plan and forecast the service activities
- Deliver the business objectives for service activities
- Monitor and optimise service costs & margins
Responsibility for the Construction, Commissioning & Operations (SAP) resource in the business, including:
- Ensure adequate construction resources are retained in the business to support the needs of the Projects team. Resource will not be required to complete all project requirements but will be supplemented by agency & sub-contract personnel
- Perform periodic reviews of resource skills & competencies to ensure training needs are identified and an appropriate annual training plan can be implemented for all construction, commissioning and SAP resource
- Ensure construction, commissioning & SAP resources have adequate training and authorisations to perform their duties.
- Work with the respective resource managers to ensure construction, commissioning and SAP resources are deployed efficiently, minimising downtime, travel and disbursements by deploying
resources in optimum regions and maintaining optimum chargeable time.
- Ensure site presentation and workmanship standards are maintained in line with customer expectations through training of site managers and periodic assessment.
