Your tasks:
- Prepare Steering Committee meetings
- Validate risk mitigation strategies
- Review and suggest issue solving approaches
- Review and enforce program change requests
- Support incumbent provider in preparing its organization and people for upcoming changes caused by the program
- Support new provider in preparing its organization and people for upcoming changes caused by the program
- Develop communication plan considering different stakeholder groups
- Assist in developing communication toward all target groups
- Aligned communication strategy with incumbent and new provider
Your qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in Services Desk organization and infrastructure
- IT consulting experience
